OPEN ROLE: Client Manager

Location:

Yellow Brand Protection is looking for a Client Manager in our Dallas office and for the West Coast of the United States.

The Position:

As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for strategic relationships with several clients’ accounts. The work that you perform will have significant impact on company revenues and profitability, client perception and, ultimately, satisfaction.

Client Managers work independently and report into the regional Head of Operations. You will work with other Client Managers based in N. America, Europe and China and coach your team to assure that the required quality and quantity of analyzed and reported online listings meet client’s expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • The whole delivery process and day-to-day management of your clients’ accounts
  • Continuous client dialogue, including start-up and follow-up meetings
  • The quality of deliverables and success of each project
  • Building and maintaining close relations with clients to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
  • Project analysis and monthly reporting
  • Coaching and training analysts to meet clients’ expectations
  • Working independently and effectively with other team members in locations around the world

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years experience in Online Brand Protection/Intellectual Property
  • Ability to perform strategic account management duties
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent organization and decision-making skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Internet research skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Additional languages (to English) seen as an advantage

OPEN ROLE: brand protection consultant

Location: 

Yellow Brand Protection is looking for a Brand Protection Consultant in any location in the United States who is comfortable with working remotely.

The Position:

As a Brand Protection Consultant, your highest priority will be to ensure the quality of deliverables and success of achieving quarterly targets. In this position, you will be presented with a flexible work environment in which you will be able to work remotely.  

You will have the opportunity to travel to client meetings, industry events, and join committees to advocate for brand owners. 

Brand Protection Consultants will report into Dwayne Perry (SVP, Americas). This role has a significant impact on company revenues and profitability, client perception and, ultimately, satisfaction. You will work closely together with our Client Management teams based in N. America, Europe, and China.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Work with business representatives from other business units to convert leads into sales
  • Planning and overseeing new lead generation initiatives
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new sales opportunities
  • Increasing the value of the current customers while attracting new ones
  • Meeting or exceeding sales quota
  • Logging all sales activity into the company’s CRM.
  • Developing quotations, and proposals for prospective clients
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Requires at least 3 years of experience in Online Brand Protection
  • Requires at least 3 years of experience in a business development position
  • Strong oral and written communication, and networking skills
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
  • Project management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Additional languages (to English) seen as an advantage
